Working at Totto Learning was an incredible experience that gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and contribute to the success of a growing organisation. As the leader of the department of customer relations, my focus was on retaining the customer base while also expanding the reach of the organisation's mission and values.
One of my biggest achievements was increasing the customer base by 5%. This was achieved by specializing in the transmission of the organization's ideology among new customers by handling parent communities of 1000+ individuals. By engaging with these communities and sharing the benefits of Totto Learning, we were able to attract new customers and expand the reach of the organization.
Another key aspect of my role was retaining the existing customer base, and I am proud to say that we achieved a retention rate of 90%. This was achieved by successfully planning and implementing campaigns that focused on customer satisfaction and engagement.
In addition to my customer relations role, I also played a key role in advancing the pace of the organisation's operations by channelling between the Academic Operations and Marketing teams. This involved collaborating with both teams to ensure that they were aligned and working towards a common goal. Also, I was responsible for orchestrating the operations and logistics of the product package to the customer base. This was a challenging but rewarding aspect of my role, as it involved managing the delivery of high-quality products and services to a diverse customer base.
Jofin Joseph, the CEO of Totto Learning, is an incredible mentor and leader who has made a significant impact on my professional growth. From the moment I joined the organization, Jofin has been an inspiration to me, demonstrating the qualities of a true leader.
